The inaugural lunch menu

In case you were wondering, or can’t get your fill of President Obama info today, here’s what was on the menu for the luncheon held by the Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies:

First course: Seafood stew; Duckhorn Vineyards 2007 sauvignon blanc
Second course: A brace of American birds (pheasant and duck); sour cherry chutney; molasses sweet potatoes; Goldeneye 2005 pinot noir
Third course: Apple cinnamon sponge cake; sweet cream glace;  Korbel Natural “Special Inaugural Cuvee” sparkling wine
