Blue Point Bistro in Weymouth is holding a wine tasting Jan. 15 at 6:30 p.m. Bob Chute of M.S. Walker Co. will be your guide in what the restaurant promises will be “the best tasting test you will ever have” — one that is entertaining as well as informative.
The restaurant is also holding a singles night for those 35-plus. This free evening (which includes free appetizers) will be held Jan. 22, from 7 to 9 p.m.
On that note, Blue Pointe is also accepting reservations for Valentine’s Day; a special menu will be posted soon on their Web site.
